Personal Assistant to the Chair

Job Description:

We are seeking a organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman in overseeing higher-level business and management functions, as well as assistance with project management. This role will involve coordinating strategic initiatives, managing communications, preparing reports, and ensuring the execution of executive-level priorities. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Chairman, anticipating needs and handling matters accordingly. The role will be a unique chance to develop career, network and skillset, through the assistance in driving key projects forward by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business, project management, or executive support roles
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, Chinese, Malay.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Discretion, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software)
