Job Description

  • Deliver sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products.
  • Understand customer needs and provide financial solutions.
  • Manage and enquiry on branch products and services and attend to customer's complaints.
  • Ensure sales and services rendered to the customers comply with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
  • Build and maintain business relationship with existing customer to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Responsible for branch performance by providing own sales and cross-selling of the branch products and to provide support to branch staff on product knowledge.
  • Plan sales activities with branch manager, to ensure compliance with AmBank's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions
  • Candidate with insurance license in FIMM / PCEIA Life & General / CELLI / TBE / Private Retirement Scheme would be an added advantage
