As part of team, you will:
- Advise customers on life, medical and investment-linked plans
- Understand customers financial goals and recommend suitable protection & savings solutions
- Achieve sales targets and enjoy attractive rewards & incentives
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business & referrals
- Work closely with branch teams on exciting sales campaigns and promotions
- Follow up on leads and actively grow your own customer base
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree holder (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
- Preferably 12+ years experience in banking or sales (Wealth/Banca is an advantage)
- Sales-driven & customer-focused
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Banca/Takaful license is a strong advantage
- Positive attitude, self-motivated & target-oriented
