Key Responsibilities :-
Achieve Financial & Sales Targets
- Drive personal sales performance to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Achieve an MRTA penetration rate of 80% to provide comprehensive financial protection for clients.
Sales Productivity & Relationship Management
- Deliver a minimum monthly sales productivity of RM 2.5 million.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with developers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents to enhance partnership opportunities and market presence.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards, including credit policies and service standards.
- Exercise due care and diligence in daily operations regarding Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including account opening, reporting suspicions, and supporting team members.
- Verify the authenticity of all customer income documentation to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct thorough face-to-face customer interviews to deliver a professional, personalised service experience.
