Position: Personal Financial Consultant (PFC)

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market the bank's financial products such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, and Credit Cards.

Identify customers financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch business performance.

Conduct follow-ups and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Ensure all documentation and processes comply with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Possession of PCE, FIMM, or TBE license will be an added advantage.

Strong personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
