Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk profiles.
Conduct thorough financial needs analysis, including savings, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
Develop and present tailored financial plans and solutions, encompassing a wide range of RHB Bank's products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, unit trusts, and other investment instruments.
Educate clients on market trends, product features, and investment opportunities and risks.
Provide ongoing financial advice and regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and market conditions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall business objectives.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare necessary documentation.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and financial advisory skills.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably within a retail banking environment.
Possession of relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCEIA, IPPC) will be a significant advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and develop comprehensive financial plans.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in other local dialects would be an added advantage.
