Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on retail clients.
Possession of relevant industry licenses and certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment instruments, insurance, and wealth management principles.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose effective financial solutions.
