Overview

You'll promote and sell retail banking and wealth management products, helping the branch achieve its sales and customer acquisition targets. The role is customer-facing and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell wealth, deposit, and financing products.
  • Execute sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
  • Acquire and retain new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in wealth/bancassurance sales.
  • Pleasant personality, strong communication and relationship skills.
  • CUTE & Banca/Takaful licenses required.
  • Sales- and result-oriented mindset.
