Overview
You'll promote and sell retail banking and wealth management products, helping the branch achieve its sales and customer acquisition targets. The role is customer-facing and sales-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell wealth, deposit, and financing products.
- Execute sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
- Acquire and retain new-to-bank (NTB) customers.
- Participate in sales campaigns and community engagement.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in wealth/bancassurance sales.
- Pleasant personality, strong communication and relationship skills.
- CUTE & Banca/Takaful licenses required.
- Sales- and result-oriented mindset.
