Job Summary:**
As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing expert advice and solutions to help them achieve those goals. You will be a trusted advisor, offering personalized financial planning and product recommendations to meet diverse client needs.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to identify their financial needs and objectives, including savings, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, assessing their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and future aspirations.
- Develop and present tailored financial plans and product recommendations (e.g., deposits, unit trusts, insurance, loans) that align with clients individual profiles and goals.
- Educate clients on various financial products and services, explaining their features, benefits, and risks in a clear and understandable manner.
- Actively acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, reviews, and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to provide up-to-date and relevant advice to clients.
- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with RHB Bank Berhad's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's performance.
- Participate in training programs and continuous professional development to enhance financial knowledge and advisory skills.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in financial services, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and lending.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
