What you'll do:Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets to support the Bank's overall growth and profitabilityPromote and professionally sell a wide range of retail banking products including: - Wealth Products (Unit Trust, ASNB Variable Price, PRS, Bancassurance Regular Premium & General Insurance, Direct Forex, NTW) - Deposits (CASA/FD, Account Acquisition) - Financing Products (Personal Financing, ASB Financing & Credit Cards)
Participate in branch, regional, and bank-wide campaigns and activities to attract and engage customersDevelop and execute proactive sales plans, perform account openings, cross-selling, and up-selling to strengthen customer relationships and encourage referrals
What we're looking for:Energetic and self-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer engagementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in banking or financial sales will be an added advantagePossess sales banking license ie PCEIA, CEILLI, TBE & FIMM
