Overview:

This role will act as a key operational gatekeeper for mortgage documentation and loan disbursements, ensuring all legal and internal compliance conditions are fully met before funds are released. By managing system entries, rectifying document discrepancies, and conducting risk assessments, the position balances strict risk control with efficient turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Vet accuracy of documents within turnaround time for execution of facility documents

• Check advise of release received from solicitors and ensure all relevant terms & conditions have been complied with prior to recommendation for loan disbursement.

• Verify other supporting documents for disbursement of loan and follow up with relevant stakeholders on the rectification of discrepancies in the documents on timely basis.

• Create facility account & payment vouchers and perform status update in the system. Ensure accuracy in the data maintenance in system

• Prepare Letter of Undertaking and other letters related to mortgage documentation and disbursement.

• Conduct periodic risk control self-assessment and other ad-hoc functions as and when required by management.
