Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis for individual clients, understanding their income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and financial objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and recommendations on a range of personal financing products, including personal loans, credit cards, and other relevant banking solutions offered by RHB Bank Berhad.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, terms and conditions, and repayment structures to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients and expand the personal financing portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to stay updated and identify potential opportunities or challenges.
  • Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements set by RHB Bank Berhad and relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure seamless customer service and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a financial advisory role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of personal financing products and services, including personal loans and credit cards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and provide sound financial advice.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
