Job Description:

Deliver personalized fitness coaching to help clients achieve their health, performance, and lifestyle goals through structured training programs, education, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customized workout programs based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, general fitness)
  • Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions
  • Perform fitness assessments and track client progress regularly
  • Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and recovery
  • Educate clients on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Ensure a safe and clean training environment in compliance with gym standards

Additional Contributions:

  • Organize and conduct fitness workshops or group classes
  • Support gym promotions, member engagement activities, and events
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall member experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
  • Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
