Job Description:
Deliver personalized fitness coaching to help clients achieve their health, performance, and lifestyle goals through structured training programs, education, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized workout programs based on client goals (fat loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, general fitness)
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions
- Perform fitness assessments and track client progress regularly
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and recovery
- Educate clients on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Ensure a safe and clean training environment in compliance with gym standards
Additional Contributions:
- Organize and conduct fitness workshops or group classes
- Support gym promotions, member engagement activities, and events
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall member experience
Skills & Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and program design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
