Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board (MPB).
- Fresh graduates (for PRP) and experienced candidates (for Junior/Senior roles) are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about community pharmacy practice.
Job Description:
- Dispense medications and provide professional counselling in compliance with the Pharmacy Act, MOH regulations, and Good Dispensing Practice (GDP).
- Provide expert advice on prescriptions, OTC products, supplements, and general health matters.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and record-keeping of pharmaceutical products according to SOPs.
- Manage and monitor stock inventory including expiry dates, replenishment, and regular stock take.
- Prepare and submit monthly poison reports (A & B) to the Pharmacy Board.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with all statutory and licensing requirements.
- Supervise and guide Pharmacy Assistants and PRPs in daily operations.
- Train, assess, and monitor team performance and service standards.
- Maintain effective communication with the Branch Manager, Nutritionist, HQ departments, and other branches.
- Assist in team management and contribute to team building efforts.
- Support digital/online sales and provide customer consultation via online platforms if required.
