As a Physiotherapist at Elpis Rehab, you will assess and manage patients while working closely with the team to continuously improve the quality of care.

You will be encouraged to discuss cases, reflect on treatment outcomes, learn from challenges and develop your clinical reasoning through guidance, debriefs, courses and shared learning.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and meets the relevant professional requirements to practise.

• Has a strong growth mindset and actively looks for ways to improve.
• Is willing to learn, unlearn and adapt when existing approaches are not working.
