The team focuses on personalized treatment plans that combine manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitative technologies. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Physiotherapist will assess patients physical conditions, review medical histories, and perform clinical examinations to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing manual therapy, prescribing therapeutic exercises, guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and long-term function. The Physiotherapist will document treatments accurately, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, maintain clinical equipment, and support a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all

patients.

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Healthcare Professional Councils (MAHPC)
  • Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of physiotherapy interventions across musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related cases.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice, rehabilitation protocols, and safe use of physiotherapy equipment and modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for explaining treatment plans, educating patients, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good documentation, time management, and organizational skills to handle caseloads and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
