Job Description
- Liaise with customers on orders fulfillment with effective coordination internally in addressing issue.
- Track and analyze customer demand trend and forecast accuracy for inventory control.
- Validate forecast with respective BU against RPP/CAPL.
- Maintain proper record on relevant data or system set-up.
- Prepare and share weekly order list.
- Track and report the daily schedule vs. production actual output.
- Track and monitor daily service level (SL1) early warning report & LT01.
- Set priorities in sales orders and work closely with logistic department on urgent FG shipments.
- Arrange and lead Supply Validation (SV) Meeting with BU to review mid/long term RPP vs customer forecast.
- Work closely with other functional team and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
- Support and prepare management reports (including BPS related) as and when necessary.
- Work closely with logistic team on shipment arrangement.
- Support quarterly CAPL analysis activity.
- Engage and work with project team on new project ramp up, master data set up in system.
- Monitor forecast and order loading for product under ramp down or phase out plan.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years related working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Problem solving is essential.
- Meticulous, result oriented, motivated
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners is essential.
- Be flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment or project as necessary.
- Understands impact and consequences of own actions.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
