Salary: RM3,000 RM3,500
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Executive to oversee production scheduling and coordination within a manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth production flow, effective inventory planning, and on-time customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Monitor and manage production work orders for multiple products
- Oversee daily production coordination from order receipt to delivery
- Manage planning and scheduling of raw materials, inventory, and logistics
- Liaise closely with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping, and Purchasing departments
- Coordinate shipment schedules and combined shipment arrangements
- Monitor sales order status and ensure packing materials are ordered accordingly
- Arrange inspections with QA/Marketing and ensure all documentation (e.g., packing list) is completed before inspection
- Ensure smooth and cost-effective packing operations
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- OR
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
