Planning Manager

Summary of the role

You will own the end-to-end supply planning engine, acting as the critical link between material availability and manufacturing output. In this leadership role, you will synchronize Raw Materials/ Packaging Materials (RM/ PM) with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), driving high-performance S&OP/ IBP processes while optimizing inventory and mitigating supply risks to support our regional growth.

What you'll be doing

• Supply & Production Alignment: Partner closely with the Production Planning team (MPS owner) to ensure material planning is perfectly synchronized with live production schedules.
• End-to-End MRP Execution: Drive S&OP, IBP, and MRP processes, which includes creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring timely material availability from suppliers.
• Inventory & Service Optimization: Manage inventory performance—including stock cover, SLOB, and near-expiry control—while continuously monitoring and improving OTIF service levels.
• Data Integrity & NPD Support: Maintain absolute BOM accuracy across ERP systems (BPCS/ SAP) to support seamless NPD launches, packaging changes, and consumption validation.
• Risk & Logistics Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve supply disruptions, material shortages, and logistics constraints, tracking shipment statuses to ensure timely dispatch.

Requirements

• Deep background in end-to-end supply chain planning, specifically spanning MRP, RM/ PM planning, and S&OP/ IBP processes.
• Hands-on proficiency ensuring data accuracy within ERP systems (BPCS/ SAP) and utilizing data tools like Excel/ Power Query for root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex inventory profiles (SLOB, stock cover) while actively resolving logistics and shipment bottlenecks.
