WE ARE HIRING | PLANT & MACHINERY MANAGER

Our client are looking for a Plant & Machinery Manager to oversee and manage Company's plant, machinery, equipment, heavy vehicles and related assets across project sites, casting yards, batching plants and other operational locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To oversee and manage the Company's plant, machinery, equipment, heavy vehicles and related assets across project sites, casting yards, batching plants and other operational locations, ensuring they are properly maintained, safely operated, efficiently utilized, and in good working condition.
2. Responsible for troubleshooting machinery-related issues and supervising Plant & Machinery personnel, including operators, mechanics, technicians, equipment handlers and drivers.
3. To provides machinery and technical support to construction, casting yard and batching plant operations, but does not directly oversee batching plant production, concrete quality control or daily production output unless specifically assigned by the Company.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction side, plant, machinery, heavy equipment or maintenance management.
3. Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and equipment management.
4. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
5. Good knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory requirements
6. Able to manage teams and work in a fast-paced operational environment
