Job Description

Our client is a MNC Manufacturing company in the automotive industry. They are leading automotive manufacturing globally. They are seeking a qualified Plant Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of product quality in the manufacturing processes at athe plant, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control strategies, in line with the company's global standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • [Lead the quality department to ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop, implement, and manage quality policies and strategies to align with company's global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to identify and solve quality-related issues, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Manage and oversee quality inspection, testing, and validation procedures to ensure product conformity.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Lead the quality department to ensure consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management in automotive manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
