Job Responsibility
- Design campaign key visuals and creatives for e-commerce placements (e.g., homepage banners, app entry points, tiles, vouchers, category headers, landing pages, social posts).
- Adapt master KVs into multiple sizes, and variants.
- Translate briefs into clear visual hierarchies that drive clicks and conversion (offer clarity, strong CTA, clean layout).
- Collaborate closely with Campaign/Marketing and Merchandising to hit timelines and quality standards.
- Execute production with high accuracy (pricing, T&Cs, dates, SKU visuals, legal lines), with strong self-QC habits.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of graphic design experience preferred, ideally in e-commerce, performance marketing, retail, or fast-paced campaign environments. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- The Bachelor's degree and above; Fluent in English
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).
- Strong layout fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, grid, color, and visual clarity.
- Proven ability to design at speed without losing accuracy (dates, prices, mechanics, product/brand usage).
- Clear communication and strong file hygiene (naming conventions, versioning, handoffs).
- Bonus points: Experience with e-commerce platforms (app modules, onsite merchandising, landing page systems, CMS tools). Motion design for lightweight animations (GIF/Lottie/short loops) to improve attention and engagement. Understanding of performance design principles (CTR drivers, readability on mobile).
Salary Range:
3000 MYR per month
