Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize platform operations across Southeast Asia (SEA) to ensure seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform enhancements and feature rollouts.

• Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on platform goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in platform management or a related field.
