Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage operations and stability of environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and established procedures.
- Assist in identifying continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
- Drive incident resolution during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks.
- Collaborate with management to support projects and assist in incident investigation and resolution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support platform, SaaS, and component solutions, focusing on web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM).
- Administer and maintain environments with basic knowledge of RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Work with relational database systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle RAC) for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Utilize scripting/programming experience (Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python, UNIX Shell) to enhance operational processes.
