About the Role
As a Tech PMO Executive at AEON Bank, you will be a key driver of our technology delivery engine. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for an Agile practitioner who thrives on organizational efficiency, data integrity, and hands-on project support.
You will play a vital role in maintaining the delivery culture of a modern digital bank, gaining deep exposure to high-priority products while mastering the mechanics of a high-performing PMO.
You will dedicate approximately 70% of your focus to PMO Coordination & Enablement—maintaining the standards, tools, and metrics that empower our Technology Division. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to Project Management, where you will support and coordinate specific digital banking initiatives. Your mission is to ensure our tech squads have the right environment to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
1.Tech Division Coordination & Enablement (70%)
- Agile Standardization: Support the implementation of Agile ceremonies and workflows across the Technology division to ensure consistency in how we define and deliver work.
- Jira & Tooling Administration: Serve as the functional administrator for Jira and Confluence. Maintain dashboards, track reporting accuracy, and provide tool support to ensure leadership has clear visibility into squad progress.
- Portfolio Tracking: Assist in aggregating data from multiple squads to maintain a Single Source of Truth for project health, resource utilization, and risk logs.
- OKR Support: Coordinate the quarterly OKR tracking process for the Tech division, ensuring squad-level updates are captured and aligned with the bank's strategic goals.
- Process Maintenance: Identify bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle and suggest practical improvements to enhance the division's overall velocity.
2.Tactical Project Coordination (30%)
- Project Execution: Support the planning and execution of specific tech projects, ensuring milestones are met and documentation is up to date.
- Dependency Tracking: Monitor dependencies between backend, mobile, and security teams to highlight potential delays before they impact delivery.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable progress reports for stakeholders, translating technical status into business-friendly updates.
- Risk Log Management: Maintain project-level risk and issue registers, ensuring that regulatory and compliance guardrails are respected throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CAPM is preferred; an interest in pursuing PMI-ACP is a plus.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Agile Project Management, or PMO roles, preferably within a Fintech or Digital Banking environment.
- The Jira Power User: Strong proficiency in Jira (filters, boards, and basic automation) and Confluence to drive data-driven tracking.
- Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban. You know how to keep processes Lean and focused on value.
- Detail-Oriented: Comfortable working with delivery metrics (Cycle time, Lead time) and maintaining high data accuracy in reports.
