PMO/ Project Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and support end-to-end project lifecycle for initiatives related to unit trust /mutual funds / Pension funds/ fund accounting, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Business Team, and IT Delivery Team.
• Monitor project KPIs, risks, and milestones; escalate issues proactively.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the internal /external stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Ensure all project documentation are audit-ready and to ensure project adherence to our compliance governance.

 Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience
• Strong project governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and executive-level reporting.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Financial services or fund services experience is an advantage.
