Minimum Degree
PMP or PRINCE certification will be added advantage
At least 8 years or more of project management experience with a proven track record in software implementation delivery
Preference with project experience in internet banking or mobile applications or digital delivery projects
Results-driven, problem solver with structuring and analytic capabilities
Strong communicator that can serve multiple functions as needed
Team player, ability to build, lead virtual teams, embraces changes, drive new technologies, and mentor others. Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle multiple asks and assignments simultaneously
Possess strong written, communication and analytical skills, result-oriented, resourceful, independent and able to manage work within tight deadlines.
Experience in handling of governance, audit and compliance for project delivery in financial/banking industry
Strength in the areas of project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation, vendor management, collaboration
Good knowledge of banking / financial services system
Strength in delivering medium and large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle as per agreed scope, on time and on budget
Excellent organization and time management skills
Committed, self-motivated and dynamic individual, who can take ownership and manage project consists of resources from multi-department to ensure quality project delivery according to the agreed scope, time, and cost with quality.
Strong strategic, interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to work under pressure and deadline as well as quality driven;
