About the Project

We are building a founder-led podcast focused on parenting, leadership, identity, and personal development in the AI era. The show will feature long-form, intimate conversations with accomplished parents, founders, and cultural leaders across Asia, the Middle East, and globally. This is not a hobby podcast. It is a thoughtfully designed media platform with long-term vision, editorial depth, and global reach.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Podcast Producer & Editorial Lead to own the podcast end-to-end. This person will manage production, guest research and booking, distribution, and growth, while working closely with the founder to shape the voice, flow, and quality of each episode.

You will act as both producer and editorial partner, someone who understands how meaningful conversations are crafted, refined, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Podcast Production

• Own the full podcast lifecycle: planning, scheduling, recording, editing, publishing, and distribution
• Manage episode timelines, production workflows, and quality control
• Coordinate with editors, videographers, and freelancers as needed
• Draft episode titles, descriptions, and show notes

Guest Research & Editorial Development

• Research potential guests deeply (career, worldview, personal story)
• Prepare thoughtful briefing notes and discussion angles
• Support the development of strong narrative arcs and standout questions
• Identify moments and themes suitable for short-form content

Guest Booking & Relationship Management

• Manage outreach, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate pre-production calls and guest logistics
• Maintain a clear, organized guest pipeline

Platform Growth & Visibility

• Pitch the founder as a guest on aligned podcasts and media platforms
• Identify strategic collaborations and cross-audience opportunities
• Support distribution and audience growth strategies

Who You Are

• You have proven podcast production experience (required)
• You are editorially strong, highly organized, and proactive
• You understand how to shape conversations, not just capture them
• You are comfortable working closely with a founder and taking ownership
• You care about quality, substance, and long-term impact

Nice to have:

• Experience with founder-led or thought-leadership media
• Comfort working across time zones and with high-profile guests
• A strong editorial instinct and taste level
