Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting the Policy Asia system.
- Analysing business and functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Supporting General Insurance products and associated business functionalities.
- Investigating system issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective resolutions.
- Ensuring system enhancements are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with established development standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Supporting system integration processes and ensuring smooth data flow across related applications.
