Job Brief
Responsible for providing safe and timely transportation using company vehicles, supporting daily operations, and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with traffic and company safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely picking up as per assigned
- Ensure vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times
- Be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles
- Provide dispatch services when required
- Assist in the administrative and maintenance services
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Valid driving license (appropriate class for company vehicles)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience (corporate environment and as pool driver preferred)
- Good knowledge of local routes, business districts, and office locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Punctual, reliable, and well-disciplined
