In line with our continuous growth, we invite suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to join as an Analyst Portfolio Monitoring at our Kuala Lumpur Office.

The Job

• Providing accurate, insightful and timely monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis on the portfolio companies financial & operational performance, cash flow and value to the Investment Committee and fund investors.
• Pro-active scrutiny of all available information to identify trends, gaps in performance and key risk areas.
• Assisting portfolio companies in various financial and non-financial reporting and analytics (identification of meaningful KPIs).
• Public comparables analysis and benchmarking.
• Comprehension of investment structures and their implications on reporting and valuation.
• Support/assist with the budget and forecast estimates of portfolio companies
• Assist and support in investor relations and fundraising activities
• Manage fund auditors on valuation matters

Requirements

• Top 10% performer with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in either of these areas: (a) Business analysis (b) Financial Due Diligence (c) External audit or any experience in an audit firm (d) Management accounting budgeting & costing
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail
• Strength in accounting standards & reporting process improvements
• Ability to think out of the box and design and construct financial models
• Eyes for details without losing the big picture
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent academic qualifications from a top-tier university in Business, Finance and/ or Accounting
• Experience in Power BI, R plus points
