Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: Responsible for local merchants sign-up, KYC, and related processes.
  2. Customer Implementation: Handle implementation, deployment, training, and regular inspections for local merchants to ensure stable operation of customer software and systems.
  3. After-Sales Service: Address various issues encountered by customers during POS usage, including device malfunctions, transaction anomalies, and operational queries.
  4. Market Research & Feedback: Collect market trends and user feedback, analyze competing products, and provide insights to support product development and enhance market competitiveness.
  5. Customer Consultation & Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding POS product performance, functions, pricing, etc., and provide personalized product recommendations to meet diverse customer needs.
  6. Other Duties: Carry out customer production validation, channel integration support, and other tasks as required by business needs.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  2. Technical background and computer skills, with proficiency in operating POS machines and related software, plus basic knowledge of networking and computer maintenance.
  3. Relevant work experience preferred; familiarity with the POS industry and related business processes is an advantage.
  4. Education: Diploma or higher.
  5. Language: Proficiency in English and the local language is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
