Position: IBM InfoSphere & Murex Virtual DB Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking an experienced IBM InfoSphere & Murex Virtual DB Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our data integration and financial systems initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere tools, an in-depth understanding of the Murex platform (particularly Virtual DB), and advanced SQL/database optimization capabilities to ensure seamless system performance and data reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise for IBM InfoSphere and Murex Virtual DB environments.
- Design, implement, and enhance data integration solutions between Murex and external platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize data performance.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. IBM InfoSphere Expertise
- Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage, MDM, or Information Server.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and metadata management.
- Knowledge of InfoSphere architecture and deployment models.
2. Murex Platform Knowledge
- Proven experience with Murex financial software, including database structures and data flows.
- Solid understanding of Murex Virtual DB concepts and integration with external data systems.
3. SQL & Database Proficiency
- Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Ability to optimize queries and manage large-scale data operations efficiently.
