Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Ready to take the lead in the field Reckitt is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Supervisor to inspire and coach a team dedicated to expanding our in-store presence and exceeding sales targets. With your strategic thinking, focus on what matters and ability to engage teams, you'll be at the forefront of driving our innovative health, hygiene, and nutrition brands into the hands of consumers. Your expertise will not only nurture an inclusive, high-performing sales team but also make a real impact on our global mission of making lives better.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, adaptation, coordination and execution, including sampling, mock-ups, approvals, and ensure production, delivery, and installation is within agreed timelines of all nationwide and account specific promotional activities which include Point of Sales Materials (POSMs: gondola end, block, standee, hangsell, etc), gift with purchase (GWP), shelf material, leaflets, etc.
  • Retail execution and strengthens relationship with relevant stakeholders to improve POSM (Point of Sales Material) implementation in retailers.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders on costing, samples/mock ups, quality, quantity, lead times, and production schedules.
  • Work closely with sales teams, merchandisers, and distributors to ensure correct deployment, availability, and compliance.
  • Ensure all POSM and premium items comply with brand guidelines, retailer requirements, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Track POSM and GWP inventory, coverage, utilisation, and compliance across channels.
  • Monitoring POSM display tracker, monthly spend closing and budget management.
  • Prepare execution and post-campaign reports, including photos, coverage, feedback, and key observations.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and ad-hoc commercial projects as required.

The experience we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-year experience in POSM, trade marketing, merchandising, or FMCG execution roles.
  • Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong Coordination & Follow up, Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with vendors and quotations is an advantage.
  • Willing to work closely with field teams and travel occasionally.
