Poultry Farm Manager

A leading Malaysian poultry producer dedicated to delivering high-quality chicken and eggs through safe, sustainable, and humane farming practices.

We are seeking an experienced Poultry Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations, layer workforce management, bird health, production performance, staff oversight, and financial efficiency, ensuring high egg yield, bird welfare, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall farm operations for layer and broiler units.
• Monitor farm's daily performance data (FCR, mortality, egg rate, etc.).
• Monitor bird welfare, feeding, water intake, vaccination schedules, and mortality rates.
• Oversee automated feeding, drinking, and climate control housing systems.
• Coordinate with veterinary, nutrition, and technical teams.
• Manage farm's budgets, machinery maintenance, inventory (seeds, fertilizers, tools), and farm supplies.
• Enforce strict biosecurity measures and ensure compliance with MyGAP and veterinary regulations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise daily farm labor and staff.
• Monitor operating expenses, manage production budgets, and maintain yield records.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of supervisory or management experience in poultry farm.
• Good command of Mandarin.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
  
• Strong understanding of poultry health, biosecurity, and automation systems; proven team management skills.

• Willing to be based in Trong, Perak.

Remuneration:
RM 8,000 - RM 14,000
+ Accommodation & Allowance
