Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, and maintain existing Power Automate workflows for customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow errors, performance issues, and integration problems.
- Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems where required.
- Gather and document customer requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Provide technical support and user guidance for workflow-related issues and enhancements.
- Perform workflow updates, change requests, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders to deliver automation solutions on time.
- Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance support for newly created workflows.
- Monitor workflow usage and performance, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Designing and developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows).
- Building and maintaining automation solutions across banking operational systems and processes.
- Developing API-based integrations and connectors between internal and external systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation flows and cloud components.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive automation adoption and prepare documentation and support materials.
- Perform any other assigned duties from the reporting manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Automate in a support and development capacity.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining existing automation workflows.
- Knowledge of connectors, approvals, triggers, conditions, and workflow logic in Power Automate.
- Experience integrating workflows with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests.
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
- 1 Contract positions available
- Experience with other Power Platform tools such as Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Azure services is an advantage.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience in customer-facing support or application specialist roles.
