Responsibilities

Assist in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.

Work with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Perform basic data cleaning, validation, and preparation using Excel, SQL, or Power BI tools.

Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing BI reports and visualizations.

Troubleshoot discrepancies in reports and dashboards, and escalate issues as needed.

Document report requirements, data sources, and metrics definitions.

Collaborate with technical teams to test and validate BI solutions.

Participate in data quality checks and ensure data accuracy in reports.

Provide support for end-users of Power BI dashboards (e.g., access issues, training support).

Contribute to identifying opportunities for automation or process improvement in reporting workflows.

Stay up to date with Power BI updates and best practices, and apply learnings in day-to-day tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Familiarity with Power BI

Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases.

Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
