Power BI Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with global and local product owners to design and develop data pipelines (datamarts, dataflows, datasets) and dashboards

Develop and optimize Power BI reports, including data models, visualizations, and advanced DAX

Support end-to-end lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, and deployment

Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, scalability, security, and data governance

Identify opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and data science use cases

Research emerging technologies (cloud integration, APIs, analytics tools) and recommend improvements

Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams

Drive adoption of BI tools through training and enablement of users

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data/BI roles

Strong expertise in Power BI (mandatory)

Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization

Good understanding of databases, data warehousing, and data mining techniques

Exposure to data science frameworks / advanced analytics is an advantage

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset
