Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Head of Department on matters related to the department.
- Work closely with CSG to support customer inquiries, costing and article number creation
- Support PPD Engineers and the team pertaining to the product and process development matters when required
- To meet Camfil Malaysia Sdn Bhd's manufacturing goals and objectives
- To ensure compliance with regulatory bodies requirements and internal procedures
- Calculate material usage and advise product costing and specification to CSG based on CTI or the requirement in the email raised by the customer or sales team
- Create drawings for raw material, assembly, turret-punching and product in ACAD/Draft- sight and convert to PDF & park at the common folder
- Create a new article number in the system (I-Scala) - key in data to I-Scala, such as MPC data, Bill of material and routing
- Do proper maintenance and upkeep of the Bill of Materials, Routing and MPC data at I-Scala
- Do proper maintenance and up-keep the drawings and article number file at G: drive
- Liaise with CSG, Logistics, Production and QA in regards to PPD related scope as and when it is required
- Liaise with the supplier on material inquiries
- Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Energy
- Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior/company from time to time
- Other main responsibilities
- Raise a sample approval form for raw material when required
- Raise PR
- Revise BOM as per HOD approval
Requirements
- Minimum with a relevant diploma or equivalent competence gained in other ways;
- Minimum with some experience in product costing and drawing
- Preferably with prior experience from the manufacturing or industrial industry
- Preferably with some technical knowledge
- Some experience at ACAD and Microsoft Excel, Words
- Good verbal and written communication skills
