What will you do
- Solution Consultation & Client Engagement
- Understand client business needs and pain points related to customer communication.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing WhatsApp Business API capabilities.
- Provide consultation on best practices for WhatsApp automation, engagement, and compliance.
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify leads and define tailored messaging solutions.
- Proposal & Solution Design
- Develop and propose WhatsApp-based solutions, including bot workflows, automation, and CRM integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and marketing) to design solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including timeline and deployment strategies.
- Product & Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on WhatsApp Business API policies, Meta guidelines, and industry trends.
- Provide insights on regulatory requirements for different industries (e.g., BFSI, automotive, logistics).
- Identify and recommend third-party integrations (CRM, AI, analytics) to enhance messaging solutions.
- Client Onboarding & Implementation Support
- Assist clients with WhatsApp Business API onboarding, including BSP (Business Solution Provider) setup.
- Support customers in template approvals, compliance, and integration with existing systems.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to execution.
- Sales Enablement & Internal Collaboration
- Support the sales team in positioning WhatsApp Business solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create use cases, case studies, and product documentation.
What skills and experience you will need
- 35 years experience in Account Management or Presales, preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or messaging platforms like WhatsApp Business API.
- Strong client consultation skills, with the ability to understand business needs and design tailored messaging and automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of WhatsApp Business API, including bot workflows, automation, template management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering demos and aligning technical and commercial proposals with client needs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to support onboarding, solution design, and implementation.
