Your Mission
Join our dynamic engineering team to drive production excellence in precast concrete manufacturing. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of our precast blocks and IBS components, from planning and design to quality control and process optimization. This full-time, on-site role, based in Telok Panglima Garang, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming Malaysia&aposs construction landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize production processes for precast concrete blocks and IBS components.
- Create technical drawings and production documentation using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support new product development from concept to mass production, working closely with subsidiary and parent company technical teams.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with CIDB standards, Malaysia Standards (MS), and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up with SIRIM for quality testing and certification compliance.
- Coordinate with BOMBA for fire safety certification requirements on building materials.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements to meet production targets.
- Support sister companies by providing technical specifications and product performance data for promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil, Industrial, or a related Engineering field. A Master&aposs degree in related field is a strong advantage.
- Experience ranging from fresh graduates to 2 years in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (similar CAD software is a strong advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve production processes.
- Experience in quality control and production planning is essential.
- Understanding of Malaysian construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Telok Panglima Garang.
