Precast Detailer (Drafter)

Job Description

1. Responsible to process new enquiry.

2. Responsible to generate shop drawing for awarded project.

3. Responsible to process new enquiries and process the awarded project for production.

4. Responsible for drawing approval from client.

5. Responsible to update and follow up on any product design, reinforcement and quantity variation from initial BQ vs actual shop drawing.

6. Responsible to perform technical support roles at factory.

7. Responsible to any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields

Minimum 3 years of similar working experience in the pre-cast industry

Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office

Knowledge in 3D modelling preferably SKETCHUP, REVIT or TEKLA will be an added advantage

Good communication, interpersonal and interpretation skills

Possess analytical competencies

Positive attitude and able to work independently
