Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preferred Relationship Manager, based in Johor Baharu. The Preferred Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-networth clients, providing financial advisory services, and offering tailored banking solutions. The role involves financial needs analysis, cross-selling suitable products, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, updating clients on market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or relationship management within banking or financial sectors
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills
• Knowledge of banking products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent client service
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
