Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preferred Relationship Manager based in Johor Baharu and Melaka.
The role involves developing and managing customer relationships, providing personalized financial advice, and achieving sales targets. The Preferred Relationship Manager will identify client needs, recommend suitable financial solutions, and offer premier banking services. Additionally, the role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and market trends to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills for providing excellent customer service.
- Experience or skills in sales, business development, and meeting sales targets effectively.
- Solid understanding of financial products and services, including investment and wealth management.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and a commitment to compliance and ethics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and digitally driven customer service tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
