Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preferred Relationship Manager based in Negri Sembilan, Malaysia. The responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and achieving individual and branch-level sales targets. The Preferred Relationship Manager will also focus on promoting the bank's products and services while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including consumer banking, wealth management, and investment advisory
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Proficiency in sales and negotiation, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial needs and provide tailored solutions to clients
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in banking, financial advisory, or a relevant field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in languages relevant to the region is an asset
