To support Premier Centers in delivering superior customer experience and service by working closely with Premier Relationship Managers with service requests, sales documentation and attending to customers in the Premier Center.

Sales Support
Provide high quality sales support to a team of PRD/SRM/RM which is tagged to the same Center Manager
Support PRD/SRM/RM to manage client contact and services, including in the absence of PRD/SRM/RM, answering client calls, resolving client transactional needs and facilitating a smooth hand-off to the right channels where appropriate and managing key event reminders to maintain active client contact
Provide sales support to PRD/SRM/RM including preparing and completing sales documents, managing sales data input and report generation, liaising with support functions to follow through client purchase process requirements
To actively cross sell credit card, PCA, MCA Debit card, FD and promote new to Premier for the bank
Manage office administrative tasks for PRD/SRM/RM, such as system input and output, handling correspondence, telephone calls, emails and general duties including wealth document filing management
Handle client's enquiries relating to PRD/SRM/RM portfolio in a positive, timely and appropriate manner
Assist PRM/SRM/RM to follow-up on the resolution of complaints (only following up)
Proactively responds to client in face-to-face and /or telephone settings, updating client profile screens with details of client contact
Attend and support Premier events in areas such as merchandise and RSVP listing
Meeting client expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, professionalism and warmth
