Presales Engineer

Role: Pre Sales Engineer

Overview:

We are looking for a Presales Engineer with a strong foundation in CDN, networking, and cloud security to support customer technical engagements, solution design, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of CDN and Internet infrastructure technologies. Basic knowledge or exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Gateway solutions will be considered a plus

Requirements:

   Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).

   Open to those with 3-10 years working experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales position.

   Basic knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals.

   Must be able to travel local & international.

Preferred / Plus Points:

   Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

   Familiarity with major domestic and international AI/LLM providers and models.

   Basic understanding of AI/LLM commercial models, such as API services and token-based pricing.

   Familiarity with AI Gateway concepts, including API integration, model routing, and multi-model management.
