Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement and Needs Analysis
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, onsite situation, data and etc. to identify areas for optimization through intralogistics and AGV solutions.
  1. Sales and Relationship Management
  • Drive the sales process by presenting solutions effectively and addressing client objections with expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationship, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.
  1. Solution Design and Proposal
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide detailed evaluations of proposed solutions, highlighting both their advantages and potential limitations.
  • Analysis the competitive solutions in the projects, including investigation with client, competitor information collection, solution comparison and bidding strategy.
  1. Presentation and Communication
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder groups, including technical teams, operational leaders, and executives.
  • Clearly present the value proposition and key differentiators of the proposed solutions.
  1. Collaboration and Handover
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Support post-sales activities as needed to maintain client satisfaction and secure future opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in solution engineer, technical sales, or a similar role within the intralogistics or AGV/AMR industry.
  3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate client needs and propose optimal solutions.
  4. Familiarity with WMS/WCS software, robotics, and logistics automation systems, Experience with simulation or modeling tools
  5. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
