Engage with potential clients to understand their operational challenges and requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes, onsite situation, data and etc. to identify areas for optimization through intralogistics and AGV solutions.
Sales and Relationship Management
Drive the sales process by presenting solutions effectively and addressing client objections with expertise.
Build and maintain strong client relationship, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the sales cycle.
Solution Design and Proposal
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
Provide detailed evaluations of proposed solutions, highlighting both their advantages and potential limitations.
Analysis the competitive solutions in the projects, including investigation with client, competitor information collection, solution comparison and bidding strategy.
Presentation and Communication
Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations tailored to various stakeholder groups, including technical teams, operational leaders, and executives.
Clearly present the value proposition and key differentiators of the proposed solutions.
Collaboration and Handover
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Support post-sales activities as needed to maintain client satisfaction and secure future opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in solution engineer, technical sales, or a similar role within the intralogistics or AGV/AMR industry.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate client needs and propose optimal solutions.
Familiarity with WMS/WCS software, robotics, and logistics automation systems, Experience with simulation or modeling tools
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
